The most common problem with PPR water pipes is leaks. Be standardized when installing. 1. What problems should be paid attention to when installing PVC drainage pipes

Matters needing attention in the installation of PVC drainage pipes in high-rise buildings (1) Sewage adopts PVC-U core foam drainage pipe, adhesive and flange interface. (2) According to the requirements of the drawings, combined with the actual situation, measure the size according to the position of the reserved opening, and draw the processing sketch (3) Measure the pipe size according to the sketch, and then break the pipe. The fracture should be flush, use a file or scraper to remove the flying spurs inside and outside the fracture, and file the outer edge at an angle of 15°C. (4) Before bonding, the socket and socket should be inserted into the test first, and not all of them should be inserted. Generally, it is 3/4 of the depth of the socket. After the test insertion is qualified, use a cotton cloth to wipe the moisture and dust of the socket to be bonded. If there is oil pollution, acetone is required to remove it. Apply the adhesive with a brush, apply the socket first and then the socket, and then insert it vertically with force. When inserting and bonding, turn the socket a little so that the adhesive is evenly distributed, and it can be firmly bonded in about 30-60 minutes. (5) When installing plastic drainage pipes, lead wires can be used to temporarily hang them for pre-installation. Adjust the coordinates, position, pipeline elevation and slope of the opening to meet the design requirements for bonding, and correct the coordinate position and elevation slope of the opening in time. After the bonding is cured, install the fixed support, but it should not be clamped too tightly. When a metal bracket is used, a rubber gasket must be placed in contact with the outer diameter of the pipe. (6) Inspection ports shall be provided at the lowest and highest floors of the drainage riser, and the center of the inspection port shall be 1.0 meters away from the ground. (7) After the pipeline is installed, the pipe hole should be blocked in time, and the mold should be blocked according to the requirements of the specification. It is strictly forbidden to climb or borrow the pipeline after installation. According to the above installation method, it can not only achieve the purpose of normal operation of the drainage pipe, but also ensure the normal service life of the PVC drainage pipe. However, we also need to remind that during the use of the pipeline, we must also do a good job of protection, and prohibit strong activities such as stepping on or smashing.
